Enjoy an exciting evening with friends from the University and community to honor this milestone occasion! Proceeds from this event will go to the Mennonite College of Nursing Centennial Fund, which will help provide annual nursing scholarships and other general college support.

Guests will have the following entrées to select from: beef brisket, farmhouse chicken, or salmon. All entrees will include a baby spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette and honey mustard bacon dressings, dauphinois potatoes, vegetable medley, and cheesecake.
A vegetarian option of pesto pasta primavera, cheese-stuffed tortellini with basil pesto topped with vegetables, is also available as an entrée.
Iced tea and water will be provided, and each guest will receive one beverage ticket good for either a glass of wine or soda at the bar.

Preorders of the next history book: The Keepers of The Flame, One Hundred Years of Stories, Mennonite College of Nursing from 1919-2019 will be available.
