When to Apply
Mennonite College of Nursing accepts applications for the Traditional BSN program according to the following timeline. Students are admitted to the Traditional BSN program during a Fall term only.

How to Apply
- The application for admission will be available at Admissions.IllinoisState.edu. Please note that the ISU admission application is used for both Mennonite College of Nursing and Illinois State University.
- Designate "Nursing - Prelicensure" as major of choice on the admission application.
- Transfers should also designate a learning location (Normal or Springfield, IL).
- Admission decisions for applicants who applyed by the priority deadline will be communicated in March.

For those who plan to enter the program as a third-year external transfer:

IAI general education requirements and prerequisites: Prior to fall enrollment a minimum of 55 hours of lower division course work (of which 37 must be IAI) is required to include completion of Illinois State's General Education Program or the Illinois Articulation Initiative and all 9 nursing prerequisite courses.

Transcripts: Official transcripts for Human Physiology and Anatomy I (BSC 181 or KNR 181/183) OR Microbiology (BSC 160) displaying a grade of C or better must arrive by mail to the following address on or before February 1:
