We support affordability for our graduate degrees in a number of ways.
We offer in-state tuition for not only residents of Illinois, but also to residents of our neighboring states. Those neighboring states include: Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Iowa.
By taking part in a graduate assistantship, students receive a tuition waiver and a monthly stipend. Full-time assistantships may be available. Graduate Assistantship positions will be posted on the ISU job site https://jobs.illinoisstate.edu/
Mennonite College of Nursing celebrates more than 100 years of nursing graduates, and our community of passionate, giving alumni generously donate to fulfill private scholarships each year, with some of them available to graduate students. Applications are available each fall and spring term for a limited time, and one application applies to all potential scholarships.
Illinois State University also offers scholarship opportunities for graduate students.
Additionally, MCN may award tuition waivers on a competitive basis to students without graduate assistantships who show extraordinary promise for success. Preference is given to those students with educational expenses not met through other means.
Specific Criteria for a Graduate Tuition Waiver:
An email will be sent to all MCN students when applications are being accepted with the submission deadline included.
