To be considered for admission, applicants must complete and submit the following materials. All application materials must be submitted by the deadline of March 1st to be considered for admission. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Applicants who reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Iowa have the benefit of paying In-State tuition at Illinois State University.
Applicants must complete the online application for admission through Illinois State University's Office of Admissions. Materials received after the application deadline will be considered on a space-available basis.
As specified on the Illinois State application, please provide all former names under which your transcripts might arrive to the Office of Admissions. Failure to do so may make an applicant ineligible for admission review.
As part of the ISU online application, applicants will be required to complete and upload supplemental materials required by Mennonite College of Nursing.
Official transcripts for non-ISU college coursework should be emailed directly from the prior academic institutions to GraduateAdmissions@IllinoisState.edu or sent by mail to:Illinois State University
Submit two professional or academic references using the form below.
The references should be from persons qualified to assess the applicant's potential to succeed in the certificate program. These references must be nursing faculty from the student's masters in nursing program or a master's prepared nurse.
