To be considered for admission, applicants must complete and submit the following materials. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Applicants who reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Iowa have the benefit of paying In-State tuition at Illinois State University.
Applicants must complete the on-line application for admission through Illinois State University's Office of Admissions. Materials received after the application deadline will be considered on a space-available basis. Applicants will be notified of their admission status by early April 2021.
As specified on the Illinois State application, please provide all former names under which your transcripts might arrive to the Office of Admissions. Failure to do so may make an applicant ineligible for admission review.
As part of the ISU online application, applicants will be required to complete and upload supplemental materials required by Mennonite College of Nursing.
Official transcripts for non-ISU college coursework should be emailed directly from the prior academic institutions to GraduateAdmissions@IllinoisState.edu or sent by mail to:Illinois State University

The reference should be from a person qualified to assess the applicant's potential to succeed in the MSN certificate program. This reference must be a nursing faculty from the student's baccalaureate or masters in nursing program or a master's prepared nurse.
