Applications for the Fall 2022 are accepted between September 1st, 2021 and February 1st, 2022. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
All application materials must be received by the February 1st deadline in order to be considered for admission. Applications are pooled following the February 1st deadline and we begin the review process. Eligible applicants are contacted for an interview. Decisions regarding application status are communicated by mid-April.
Applicants who reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Iowa have the benefit of paying In-State tuition at Illinois State University.
Applicants must complete the on-line application for admission through Illinois State University's Office of Admissions.
As specified on the Illinois State application, please provide all former names under which your transcripts might arrive to the Office of Admissions. Failure to do so may make an applicant ineligible for admission review.
As part of the ISU online application, applicants will be required to complete and upload supplemental materials required by Mennonite College of Nursing.
Official transcripts for non-ISU college coursework should be emailed directly from the prior academic institutions to GraduateAdmissions@IllinoisState.edu or sent by mail to:Illinois State University

The reference should be from a person qualified to assess the applicant's potential to succeed in the FNP post-master's certificate program. This reference must be a nursing faculty from the student's baccalaureate or masters in nursing program or a master's prepared nurse.
