To be considered for admission, applicants must complete the following materials. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Applicants who reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri and Iowa have the benefit of paying In-State tuition at Illinois State University
Applicants must complete the on-line application for admission through the Illinois State University's Office of Admissions between September 1, 2016 and April 1, 2017 for Summer 2017 admission. Applicants considering applying after April 1st should contact the Graduate Program Advisor prior to beginning the application process. The DNP program is a program that begins in the summer semester. Classes begin the third week in May. As specified on the Illinois State application, please provide all former names under which your transcripts might arrive to the Office of Admissions. Failure to do so may make a student ineligible for admission review. The application will be available again between September 1, 2017 and April 1, 2018 for Summer (May) 2018 admission and enrollment.
As part of the ISU online application, applicants will be required to complete and upload supplemental materials required by Mennonite College of Nursing.
Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from the institution conferring the bachelor's degree and all official graduate transcripts to the ISU Office of Admissions, Campus Box 2200, Normal, Illinois 61790-2200. It is extremely important that applicants submit official transcripts as they begin the application process in order to have a complete application in a timely manner.
