Mennonite Nurses Alumni Organization (MNAO)
The Mennonite Nurses Alumni Organization (MNAO) grew out of the former Mennonite College of Nursing Alumni Association. It is an official alumni club chartered with the Illinois State University Alumni Association. All alumni are automatic members.
The purposes of MNAO are to:
- Promote collaboration and fellowship among graduates and students at the College
- Promote professional and educational advancement of nursing
- Provide financial assistance to Mennonite College students
- Encourage continuing education of all graduates
- Support the enhancement of the education program of the college.
The MNAO is led by a volunteer Board of Directors which works in tandem with College and Alumni Relations staff. The organization sponsors annual Homecoming events, class reunions, and Nurses Week celebrations, as well as occasional special events.
