To be considered for admission, applicants must complete the following materials. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Applicants who reside in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri and Iowa have the benefit of paying In-State tuition at Illinois State University
Applicants must complete the on-line application for admission through Illinois State University's Office of Admissions between September 1, 2016 and April 1, 2017 for Fall 2017 semester. The application will remain open for Fall 2017 admission until enrollment targets are met. The NSA program coursework begins in the fall term with August 21st being the first day of classes. Applicants will be notified of their application status within 3 weeks of receiving a complete application. As specified on the Illinois State application, please provide all former names under which your transcripts might arrive to the Office of Admissions. Failure to do so may make a student ineligible for admission review.
As part of the ISU online application, applicants will be required to complete and upload supplemental materials required by Mennonite College of Nursing.
Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from each institution of collegiate academic work to the ISU Office of Admissions, Campus Box 2200, Normal, Illinois 61790-2200. It is extremely important that applicants submit official transcripts as they begin the application process in order to have a complete application in a timely manner.
