Dr. Mallory is Professor, Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Program Coordinator. Her past research is in the prevention of HIV/AIDS among women at high risk. She has authored 49 peer reviewed papers and presentations and her work has been published in Qualitative Health Research, The Journal of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care, Applied Nursing Research, Research in Nursing & Health, and Journal of Advanced Nursing. Dr. Mallory is the recipient of the University Service, Teaching and Research Initiative Awards at Illinois State University; the 2005 Harriet H. Werley New Investigator Award from the Midwest Nursing Research Society; and the 2011 Meridean Maas Mentorship Award from Mennonite College of Nursing.
Dr. Mallory has taught at BS, MS and PhD levels with expertise in public health, research methods, and theory for practice and research.
